We have a telrad digital128 system that I have been asked to add either an external ringer for the shop area or use the paging system. we have a bogen tpu60b amp. It has a contact ring terminal and a tel ring terminal. How should I connect to the Telrad system? Should I use the Ext. ring connection on the bottom of the case or should it be done with the ocd and a mim. What additional programing needs to be done? Telrad MPD V7.?? Just put in updated chips from ss phone in december. Thanks

This is what I used for ring over page but with self amp speaker. https://www.valcom.com/v9924b.htm You should use a relay contact on the MIM. The 2nd relay on the MIM has NO NC C connections. You will need to program a bell station or night bell for the relay. I just wonder what happens if you short the telring contact on the amp does this send a tone out over page?
