Greetings all. I'm new to Telrad equipment, but not to telecom. I'm assuming I have a 2464 system(eprom on the MCN says: 2464 U2 basic, and the unit has a cat # of 83-000-3170/6) Looking for some programming info, and what I would need to do it.
Thanks all.

The 2464 is programed by a DSS. You need the overlays and a 2464 DSS unit. What version is the card next to the MCN card. VO1, VO2, or VO3.

There is a PC program, I think it can be use for VO 3 only but you need an option card to. (it's been awhile so I not positive) But you can do all programing with the DSS.

In VO2 or higher to program trunk or soft keys, you do it through the telephone Using the ECC station codes. VO1 the buttons are fixed.
