My company just took over an account that has a Telrad with an Emagen (?). I'm not sure which version it is but it appears you have to FTP into it. Can anyone tell me what is the System Administrators mailbox to change the day and night greetings? I am fairly familiar with Telrad and the Imagen (using mb 999), but I've never worked on this one. Also, when we try to get in through the laptop, we can't get pass the password. They say their previous installer is no longer available.

Sorry But no passwords are to be posted. Try the default password (it's the same as the I-magen). The Administrator mailbox is 100 for the E-magen. Other than that you would have to call Telrad Directly.
