Hi All
I have programed a pbx mdn group with 2 members on 2 different sites over network trunks callers can leave a message for the group but i can only send the message to 1 extension using the copy message i need to send the message to the 2 members of the group any ideas would be great.
system is ipex 2 ver 3.11
voicemail emagen 10.3.14

If your using one voicemail you could use the Cascading Message Feature

Had tried that but it only gave option to send to 1 mailbox
so after your post i had another look at this feature i set up a second cascade rule in the same mailbox and put in the second mailbox into the second rule i just tried that and it works
sends the message to both mailboxes straight away
