How can I make a DID number ring at several extensions? I have set up a MDN group but that did not work. I can get it to route to one extension but not appear at any of the others. Thanks in advance

That should work. Did you put the MDN group number in the right day and night ring routing in DID Routing.
If yes what happens to the call when dialing that number?
What's the version of the system?

I believe the MDN has a program to ring different way..check and see if thats your problem.

Alot has to do with the software level of the system. And both Testok and Tony are right. Are the station Key or PBX mode?

The Station is PBX. I am at software 7.33B. Now when I dial the MDN number I am getting a busy signal..Weird... If I dial one of the other MDN number assigned to something else, I get a ring. Now I have a headache..Thanks for the comments

You have to make theMDN a PBX also and have a MR key with DR of the MDN. If this doesnt make since then you really need to seek Tech Support from a Telrad Dealer or one of the moderators off the board, as this is way beyond the normal limits of user guide and simple admin assistance.
