our external ringer only rings for incoming calls on lines 1, 2, & 3. where in eManager can i program this to ring on lines 4, 5, 6 as well?

Don't know how it was set-up. But look in Private trunk features for day bell night bell. or you might have set to a station. If so look in station Attritubes and set the staion to ring on those trunks for day or night.
