I have a Synopsys system I installed about 5 years ago. I can not get it to programming, when I hit (FEAT) or (PROG) it will show program on station 20, but will not take any feature code, I can not toggle with the HI LOW button? I have all the manuals but if there is something that I am missing I can not find it.

Make sure the Hi Low keys are working. When not in programing mode make sure the Hi Low key will change the contrast of the display.
Looks like to me your phone is broken. Try programing a Memory Key or Speedial key to see if it is the phone.

Not sure What Ver. it is. The phone works I can control the contrast. Is it password protected? When I hit the (PROG) 76 it will just show like it trying to do a speed dial number, when I hit (Feat) 89 it give me a denied code. I have reset the ECC code also

I have a telrad 400 that is so old. We can not access our voicemail to change anything unless we send a message through to get into it.
How would I find out a password for our system so that I can get into the attendant? I am willing to pay how much?
