Hello,
I have an S400(DB6.15) with a PRI card
installed. Is there a way I can have my
fax and modem numbers routed through it?

Sure, you will need a ONS (16 port) card or HONS (8 port) card.
FYI many carriers are coming out with VOIP or Dynamic PRI's Fair warning Faxes just don't work well with this type of setup.
Just an old phone man just trying to stay busy selling hosted solutions and POTs line replacement devices.
