You need the system programming software or you could use hyper terminal.
Look in maintenance when you connect with your laptop. Keep in mind the phone needs to be connected to the system.
You could look for a sticker on the phone or look at the chip on the circuit board of the phone. Keep in mind the phone could have be upgraded or downgraded over the years. Only way to be sure is by checking in maintenance.

You can also use the Software Download program that comes with EManager. But it would be easier to use the Maintenance screen with PCP software or system Terminal with EManager
