We just installed a new telrad connegy system with emaGen voicemail system. We have unified licensing enabled for this system. I have setup the SMTP settings and can get reports emailed to me from the emaGen system, but voicemails are not being emailed to the user. So, i am not sure what else to check. We have an exchange 2003 server.

Do you have a license for unifed MSGing?
In t3adm check to see how many e-mail clients you have in the a-1 info section.

I got it, i reset the AD account password for the SMTP authentication. I do another question though. If i wanted to sync the voicemails between the phone and email, every user has to enter there password into the properties into there voicemail box.
