Replaced 2 79-500-0000/B and all that happens is red lights on the replacement phones. I know that the station ports are good due to the fact the existing phones do work at these locations (Customer wanted some cleaner looking phones). I am not very adept on the telrad, but do know station work quite well. Any help would be appreciated.
FYI: The phones are the same model # as the existing.

I think you have to DN the Phone. Do the lights flash across the MSG,MUTE,DND,SPKR buttons. If so Dial on the key pad, # (the EXT number of the phone) then #. If the the EXT is 220.
Dial # 220 #.
