My customer has a Telrad digital system, voice mail, and Avanti phones. One of the phones has a display on it that says: DND.

She pushes the DND button and DND doesn't go away. They can't do anything with the phone: get calls, call out, intercom...nothing. Lights are on, display seems ok, just can't use the phone for anything.

I saw an old post that says the station needs to be programmed for this type of telephone set. (they did recently change extensions and phones around).

So, does it sound like the station needs to be programmed for this type of phone? Or, does it sound like something else?

I don't have a!

If it's the same type Avanti set it should come up and work if it is indeed a different type then yes you will have to change station type in programming.
