I have a Telrad digital 1000 system. I successfully push our system out to 5 outer locations via VOIP. I have one location that the DND buttons on none of the 10 phones I have in this division work. I have checked the set up with the other divisions that it does work and I am not seeing anything different in the set up. Any ideas or advice would be appreciated.

When you say they don't work, meaning they don't light up or not blocking? Make sure that their COS has DND allowed. Are your other sites networked to other systems via VOIP or are they stand alone phones?

Check COS service as Telephonegunner advises. Need more Info on the system like Telephonegunner says.
Is there a DND button programed for the map assigned to these phones?
