I have been having some issues on an S1000 release 3.12, while people are on a station to station call randomly will get disconnected and one side of another phone conversation is heard threw the phone, this has happened to digital 3015 phones, 3015ip phones and analog conference phones, non can be recreated but complaints come in on a daily basis from different users with the exact same issues, system has been rebooted and cards reseated, nothing shows on the log files

What cabinets do you have? Old style or rack mount?
Try reseating the DRV cards and checking the cable connecting the cabinets. Also check the power supplies.
Do you have PRI cards in the system?
