Is there a way, to assign an extension when dialed to ring multiple extensions without setting up an ACD group? We would like to assign an extension that when dialed it rings a group of extensions that can respond for assistance needed.Example, Joe has trouble at gate 6, he dials extension 123, 123 will then ring, extensions 124,125,126,127,etc. Thanks

Yes there is, set your up extensions in PBX mode or an MDN group in key ring mode to ring phones in that group.

What is the max distance that a Telrad 400 can ring a phone either digital or analog. Have put a booster on each analog line but still have phones that are atleast 1.5 miles away from switch they work except for the ringing. Thank you.

Please in the future start a new topic and Welcome aboard.
I don't know exact length for the analog but I can say with confidence 1.5 miles is way over the manufacture length. Digital is 1500 feet I believe.
Your customer would need to do one of the following.
Purchase a Point to Point T-1 circuit and network two systems with VOIP or T-1 Networking.
Add a VOIP server to the Telrad system and get internet on the remote end.
You could also see if the Telco provider can offer TIE Lines. This will allow you to send an analog ext over the Telco copper to the other location.
