I have acquired a customer with a telrad 64/24 system and a ivm computer based voice mail. the customer is wanting to change their main greeting
and the recorded directory greeting, however I cannot find where these recordings are located. I can not find any call routing boxes in the voice mail system. Would any one have any idea where these
are located or how to reach them.
thanks Ron

Wow thats an old one. If it is an IVM, the admin mailbox is 99 or 999 which requires a password to get in, hope you have it. Once in, listen to the prompts, you should be able to figure it out from there. It is very helpful if you know some dos commands smile
