I cant believe you still have a 10.2 Emagen. Your dealer didn't do you any favors by not telling you the upgrade to 10.3 was FREE. No license charge maybe just a fee for labor.
I never really trusted that FTP copy so I have my clients use WinSCP and log in every Monday morning and move the backup folder. It takes about 2 minutes to do the whole process.

Thanks for the help. Our dealer no longer supports Telrad officially. I am not sure why they did not upgrade the voicemail. At any rate, the only thing that does not seem to have copied correctly is the "a1.exe" file. I am assuming this is the emaGEN license. Is there some other place in the directory to copy this in order to have a backup of the license?

The a1.exe file should be in the backup folder?

I still have the upgrade files from 10.2 to 10.3 and the t3sp14 and t3sp15 if you want to upgrade it some day. But truly you should look at all the great features of 10.5 so many more options.
