Does anyone have the proper dip switch settings for S1 (1-8) and S2 (1-8) on an MLX-82 caller ID box? It is all hooked up and configured to a CHL card on a Telrad Digital Key Bx 818 (Software Version 7.36), but only the power light is lit green. I can't get the Data LED to light up. I confirmed caller ID is active on the analog phone lines from the carrier. The cabling from the MLX-82 to the CHL is properly hooked up.

S1, only dip1 on, S2 1 off, 1 on for 4800 baud, 3 on for 8 data bits, 4-8 off. You'll need the cable that came with the unit to hook to you CHL. Reset card and mlx when its all connected.

Just to confirm, are the settings below correct?
Switch 1
1 ON
2 OFF
3 OFF
4 OFF
5 OFF
6 OFF
7 OFF
8 OFF
Switch 2
1 OFF
2 ON
3 ON
4 OFF
5 OFF
6 OFF
7 OFF
8 OFF
Is there any specific method of resetting the CHL card?
