Is it possible for a given phone to have outgoing caller ID set on it? So for example if I have 555-1234 DIDed to extension 1234, when that particular phone makes a call can I make its CID show up as 555-1234 versus the "default" on the PRI that comes in?

Again, it depends on your software version and your provider.

What I found is in Station Features -> Station Attributes -> CID for DID it works, somewhat. Unfortunately we have two leading prefixes, and it only uses the primary since it only accepts 4 digits. Where do I find the version of software the Telrad is running?

Does this appear to be an appropriate software version:

SW VERSION LB7.36

I am not sure, but I think you are limited to one prefix. The number you put on the PRI card to send is the one that gets modified.

That would make sense I suppose, I think we will just have to see if we can get more from that block.

If you build a system speed dial and then put the bin in CID for ememrgency you can send name and number. **NOTE** If your provider allows it. Dont forget you need to set CID on PRI in General Prams to YES.

I got a Digital 128 v7 in which I am trying to do the same thing. It looks as though I need to enter a public DN on the PRI screen and then enter the corresponding last 4 of the DID in the CID for DID space under station attributes. Is there any other setting(s) that need to be changed or any info needed to relay to the SP?

Make sure the Provider is allowing the PBX to send CID
