i am looking to expand our business by posibly taking on some sub-contract work. does anyone have any sugestions about which companies i can contact and which companies i should stay away from?
we are in new york and we install/maintain phones systems, vmail, alarms, cameras, door access, and other low voltage stuff.

I try to treat my sub contract work just like the rest of my customers. I get them to provide POs or Job Names, I get a request via writing or email, and if it is over a certain amount, a deposit. So far, it has been a positive part of my business.
