I HAVE A TOSHIBA STRATA DK PHONE SYSTEM, DKT2020-SD. WE HAD SERVICE PEOPLE ENTER AND ADD PHONE LINES AND IN THE MEANTIME THEY REMOVED THE DIRECT TO VOICEMAIL BUTTON AND COULDN'T GET IT BACK WORKING. SO, CURRENTLY, IF A CALL COMES IN AND THAT SAME PERSON IS ON THE LINE, I CANNOT SEND THEM TO VOICEMAIL... HOW WOULD I PROGRAM A BUTTON TO SEND SOMEONE TO VOICEMAIL? THANKS!

do you know what dkports interface with the voice mail? if you do and you have a one-touch speeddial on a button. program intercom and the second port number that should take you directly to the vm greeting. also you might try intercom + 850 on more recent equipment.

I AM ABLE TO PRESS INTERCOM+850 TO GET INTO VOICEMAIL, SO HOW DO I PROGRAM MY 'VOICEMAIL' BUTTON TO TAKE THAT ACTION? BTW... THANKS!!!

LW assuming the button is a system or station speed dial enter(in the string)I(use the intercom button)850.
