I'm having trouble getting DID to an analog station. I have a block of DID's coming in on my T-1 & the digits I receive match the station number. Digital sets are not having any problems. I do have a DTMF rec on the first card. Any tips would be great.

One card is a RSTU2 & the other is a RSTU1.
The RSTU1 seems to have 4 analog port & 4 digital ports, I haven't come accross that before.

are you sure they are not rdsu's. an rstu is a 8 port sngl line card. your station #'s should be 272-282 if it is default. try calling an lcd equipped station from the
slt in question. and see if your did matches your sta #. also check *09,15,17,*17,30,71&72
for programming issues.

The card is question is a rdsu that has 2 s/l ports 1,2 and 4 digital ports 5,6,7,8.An additional card rsts can be added for s/l port 3.4.Sending a did to a unused dig port will return a busy.Use prog *17 to assign a vacant or wrong number overflow position.Make that position a display phone and watch what it says to verify number is working.Or send number in ? to a known working phone to verify it is working.Good luck

I ended up forwarding an unused digital phone/port to the analog port & it works just fine.
