You can run dkiadmin from windows its just in a DOS shell. You do need the dongle key to run dkiadmin.

Hi all. I am looking for help with DMadmin.
I have the software and dongle. the program starts and I am propted for a user ID.
Does anyone have time to help out a toshiba newbie?
I'm hoping its a default password.

If you mean DKadmin the default is Master. If it's been changed your guess is as good as mine.

I got it from a manual. The guys you need are martin or SSPhone. I'm sure one of them will post or get a hold of you, all I would do is screw you up as I'm not a Toshiba tech.
