Is there a mute button on the 3000 series phones? They have a MIC button for the speaker phone and of cource hold but it there a way when the handset is off hook to mute the mic?

Lotus:
I just came from a customer's place ---they wanted the MIC button to be turned on and off---and not have to keep holding it down to mute the microphone. I did some research and finally found out how to do this. Simple. Program 30---LED 02. It's called "Mic Button Locked". With "Locked" the MIC button will be ON or OFF. This thread is a bit old, so I'll e-mail you.
