The system was rebooted by accident( Stratagy 6.225 Revision software) twice after that checking on the voice mail I found out that only 2 of our voice mail extensions are working out of 6. After a little revision it's just recognizing one of the boards.the older one and for the other there's nothing it's saying only: "Incompatible Software revision"
Is there a way to work around the problem to get at least 4 of our voice mail lines working?

Are the cards marked Duet for the 2 port or Quartet for the 4 port?
Just an old phone man just trying to stay busy selling hosted solutions and POTs line replacement devices.
