Hello there.
I'm trying to forward calls from a set of extensions to outside telephone numbers is there a way to do it on a Strata DK 280 system?

Yes, there is a way to perform call forward external. But there is a limitation. If your phone is set for cf-ext, then only the incoming trunk calls that ring exclusively on your phone and nowhere else will forward externally (eg. DID,private line). Transferred calls and calls that ring on more than 1 phone will not forward externally.

If the system is a 280 there is no call forward external. That was not a feature until the release of the 424 Rel 3. An then it didnt work correctly. You could only forward a line that was programmed to ring only at your set. No other calls would forward.
