I'm not in the phone business, but I'm learning fast. I think the computer business is easier.
We got our used DK8 phone system up and running fine. My buddy finally brought over the Stratagy 4 voicemail computer. It will not boot (won't pass post test). My tech pulled the hard drive and it is a goner too. The only software I have is on the dead hard drive.
Can someone help me locate a copy of the software so we can build up a new computer and get Stratagy running again?
What I have: Statagy 2-port voice board, dead Statagy hard drive, Stratagy 4 dongle. Everything has serial numbers. Hard drive has some numbers in addition to s/n. Some codes are stamped on dongle.
What I plan to do: Set up an old Dell 486 with the Stratagy voice board, install an old ide hard drive, load DOS 6.22, connect the dongle.
What I need: The software, how to load it to default settings, remote admin software if it won't run with local keyboard and VGA monitor.
HELP!
