Hope you can help. Our local Boy Scout Office has a small Strata V1e with EKT6010-H Phones. You can dial a number, but once you connect to the outside - you can't use touch tones. IE: I can't call and check my Voicemail or call an ACD somewhere and "touch 1 for...". Once a call is connected the phones won't emit touch tones any more. Thoughts?

After dialing your telephone number dial "*" & "#". This will disable automatic dialing and should allow you to manually dial numbers

You can use the "*" & "#" key but that only works on a per call basis. If you go into programming and add a redial and a speed-dial key to each phone it will always be on.
