I have a DKT 2020SD that you can call on ICM and talk to them handsfree for about 45 seconds or 1 min. and then it forwards to voicemail. I suspect that they have enabled a feature but can't find anything in the book. I have told them to either pickup the handset to talk or cancel the forwarding until I find out the feature. Can anyone help me out. Is it a feature?

Turn on led 16 in prog 35 for that port.
