Hammer</font> yes I ment 16 sorry guess I need to open the book. What I was tring to get at is you can take 1 call on the pooled line key and 1 on the pdn. Now if the 3rd or 4th for that matter came in it would go to that pooled line key if that trunk was in that trunk group. Heres a crazy question why so many trunk groups?

Just another thought. You say they are all 10 button phones. In program 39 is there anything programmed on that 2nd row of 10 buttons? Like maybe more pooled or another pdn?

So even if the instrument is 10 button, and it's non-existent keys (11-20) are programmed with more Pool Keys, they will "function" or allow you accept and put these calls/keys on hold! Wow, is Toshiba the only system that allows this sort of trick? Hammer
