Hey guys,

New to the board and have a few question on the strata dk424 system.

1. I have an old voicemail system called Coprorate Office Call Processing System. It was made by a company called Key voice Technologies, inc. software version 8.2. I have done some research and is seems they where bought out by one company and then bought out by Avaya. No need telling you they no longer support the software. I have also discovered that the dongle has been lost. The software is useless without the dongle, however there is some saving grace. I have two Rhetorex rdsp-m5c 8 bit boards with what looks like 4ports for email each. I'm wondering what software would work with these boards that I can intigrate into the existing strata dk424. Im looking for something that is pc based. I would prefer windows based but dos will work. What suggestions do you have??

2. I have found that most of the phones have been programmed with what looks like 2 extensions there are a few that look like this:

CF-BN:201-704 CF-BN:202-704
APR 13 TUE 04:10 APR 13 TUE 04:10


I have a feeling this is some type of call group but would like a second opinion. I would also like to know how to just set it back to a standard extension so it will say:

NAME EXT 3
APR 13 TUE 04:10

Not sure what program would correct this??

The CF-BN:201-704 means that the primary dn is call forwarded on a busy/no-answer to 704, which is probably the pilot number to voicemail. You can press the "page" soft key to show the name and extension, but it will revert back after you use the phone. To get rid of it permenantly, you have to cancel the call forward on the phone, but of course you will lose the call forwarding on that phone. Press the pdn button, dial #601, press Redial and hang up. As far as building voicemail system with just the voiceboards, it will be real tough to do especially since I don't know of any free voicemail software that will support those boards.

Thanks for the tips on the call forwarding.
Not looking for a freebee on the voice mail just a suggestion on what may work with these boards or some suggestions on what you guys think I should use. I would like to use these boards since I know they work with the system already but no apposed to starting with something easier if you know of something that will fit the bill.

I have replied to his email for the help he offered but have not heard back from him yet. Will give it a couple more days.

I had a stratagy 4 voicemail with dead PS and Mother board and offered it to rook to get them going. I do not to sell direct on the board out of respect for the owners of the board.
