We have a Stratagy DK card in a DK424, C/D Proc. try this string in the extension field of the mailbox to transfer....

@F-9,xxxxxxx,F-F-H- (xxxxxxx is phone number of cell phone)

It works, slowly, but it works

Are you suggesting the greeting might say, "I'm not here...to get my cell phone, press 5"? If thats the case, Create a Phantom Mailbox (lets say 550) with the extension field as described in my last post. Go to the users mailbox screen, hit ALT-G for Groups/Chains, and enter 550 in #5.

Now, when the caller is hearing your main greeting, he can press 5 and be transferred to your cell phone.

Try it and let me know...
