We have a fax system that is conected to a ISDN port on the PBX. When an incomming call comes the FAX card picks up the Extention number of the port as the DID insted of the DDI number dialed. Is there any way to set it so it sends the external DDI to the ISDN port?
Thanks in advance
Phil

try going into name programming since this is a slt port you will need to do it from port 000. ( mode 70 then int #621 page dial the DN of the slt port page use digit 1 to erase anything in the name field and spkr. we had to do this to get ACT to screen pop with TCPip. When your done do mode 71 to turn your soft keys back on.
