Here's the story...the customer inherited the sytem when they purchased the building to open a boat dealership. They didn't know who installed it because the building had been closed up for a while and I don't think they dealt with the original phone system owner on the sale of the building. I had been working on trying to sell them a 25-30 phone system for a manufacturing business they own in another closeby town so they called me and asked if we could put a voice mail on the Toshiba. I know who installed the Toshiba and I didn't want to send the customer there because it would probably add another competitor into the mix for the other site (I know....I'm paranoid). I told them we would check out the system and see if we could put the vmail in and let them know. When we found analog ports existing we thought we were home free. It's not a big deal if the DTMF card is in the $ range you indicated.
