I,m having trouble getting the CTX to recognize this type of set. Have checked port OK. I have had to try at least 3 different sets. I get a msg no communication on the display. Is there a trick with new sets??

I'm not sure what the C stands for. Do any of the phones work?

All of her other sets don't have the C in their ID. I did get one to work after many trys. We have had 3 sets replaced and they all seem to have the same problem. The supplier tells us the sets are good. We have had this problem on 2 different systems with 3 different sets. Any ideas?

Maybe Gray market phones. Toshiba was working on a way to stop Canadian phones from being sold in the US. Maybe this is how they fixed it.

We also recently recieved some of these phones from our vendor and have not been able to get them to work on our system. I was told it was because they were from Canada.
Do anyone know if there is any way to work around this? I don't want to go through the hassle of sending them back.

Thanks for any help!
