I will try resetting the processor and see how that works.
As far as slot assignment, i ran the auto-assign program to set that. So, when you ask if I'm sure, the answer is.... I don't know. I guess I have to have faith that the program set it properly.

groundstart is right. you need someone more
experienced with dk,s. the programming can be
quirky. but for the most part toshibadk's
are solid equipment.

Just a question. What cards do you have in what slots? ie PDKU in 1 1, RCOU/RCOS ??

Thanks a lot groundstart... I AM a tech . I've been working on Nortel's and Avaya's for about 7 yrs now, just never worked on a Toshiba.
I finally got it working, not exactly sure how though. I removed the battery strap, checked some settings, and pulled the card and cleaned the contacts. Something did it b/c now I have 2 way conversation.
Thanks for all the help, one of the suggestions prolly worked, just not sure which one.
Now I have to program the phones and figure out why the intercom doesn't seem to be working correctly.
