I have a user that will be working from home from now on, but I still want to keep his extension active, and have the system forward all of his calls to his home office. When I say all calls, I mean any internal calls, or any calls from the VM back door.

Is this possible? I think that I can make the back door portion work by using this string:
@F-45---number-H

but I'm not sure about the internal calls to his direct extension. Any ideas?

Thanks a bunch.

You can use the above token to have Stratagy perform a "centrex" type transfer. The actual token should be: @f,#45,,phone_number,H. You might have to add some more pauses before the H to get it to work. Make a mailbox that performs this transfer and just go to his station and call forward all to that mailbox.
