WTC Member Joined: Sep 2003 Posts: 39 Wetaskiwin, Alberta, Canada	I am familiar with installing an HHEU and a Plantronics M12 base unit for a headset but I have not had to install a BHEU card in a 2020 series phone yet. Are there any diferences or proablems to be aware of. Thanks in advance for your help.

Anonymous Unregistered	I don't believe a BHEU will work on a 2000 series phone. The BHEU is designed for use on the new 3000 series. Be careful!!
