Hiya folks,

First off thanks for all the great info I've found and for all the answers recieved. You have saved me hours of frustration. I have another question, similar to others on this board but I could not find specific information about my system. I have a Perception Ex w/ Stratagy24 VM and would like to give outside callers a menu option would automatically dial our 1-800-#number to place an order. If i set the extension to 9,1800XXXXXXX it doesn't work. I've been reading up on it and it looks like entering a conference code and a token string with the number might work for this but when I follow the example give it doesn't work (possibly because the conference code given as an example, *3, is not the conference code for this system.) Any other ideas on how I can make this work?

Do you have centrex lines, or do your trunks allow off-site transfers?
