I have an older version that came with my phone switch. It does not run on XP. I would like to get a newer copy.

WinAdmin will NOT run on XP Home, but WILL run on XP-PRO. The lastest released version is 2.21 A12 and is available for download by certified technicians on Toshibas fyi site.
