Hi all...
While trying to resolve an issue with the Auto Attendant on our Company DK-280 I have pulled out what little hair I have left.
I would like to have the AA pickup on the second ring on the incoming lines in order to use the features of the AA. The previous system owner apparently has set a parameter to wait for about 10 rings before the AA picks up. I have almost read all 800 plus pages of the DK-280 manual and can not seem to locate the method to change the number of rings.
Can anyone point me into the right direction so I may get the Boss to stop bugging me?
Thanks!
Mark
