Hi,
I read alot on this forum about programming no. 50, 58 etc depending on what you want to achieve.
On a Strata DK280 is programming only possible from a special phone/handset ?

Program Strata DK280 with 20 button display phone (DKT2020-2D)in Port 005 or Port 013. Or you can use DKiAdmin on your laptop. With DKiAdmin you will need a PPTC-9 adapter for your com 1 and, more importantly, you have to have the red admin dongle key for the parallel port.
Try it with the phone, its not that bad.

Thanks for your reply. I do indeed have a couple of 2020-SD 20button phones. Should this phone have a 'program' button on it, to access program menu ? I want to achieve the following:
All calls coming into our main number after 18:00 be answered by a recorded message announcing that the office is closed. Is this an auto-attendant thing ? We are using Stratagy DK.

Your best bet would be to program the Stratagy DK to play a night greeting after 1800. That's easy.... email me for details. Then whenever calls go to the voice mail (either immediately or after a delay depending how the phones are programmed) your callers will hear the night greeting. I usually program Stratagy to return to the day greeting about 4 AM
