OK after checking the book again..
REQUIREMENTS:
All met although I do not have a CSU. I've just taken the LED's Network Terminal directly to the punch down block.
NDTU CONFIGURATION:
Switches S4 to S11 are set for DID circuits.
TB1 set for normal.
TB3 set for slave mode (normal).
TB5 set for normal.
TB7 set for normal.
TB8 set for normal.
