Hi, I am newbie on phone system, I have DK40i with 4 co line and 10 extension doesn't have centrex. Can I configure my system to do the external call forward even with user has to activate the CF-EXT first. If that impossible to do that feature. Is there any additional card for dk40i to make that feature possible. Everybody told me use centrex, but I am still don't understand, I am still want to use my dk40i.
Please, please help me to do this feature.
