Hi folks. I'm looking through my Stratagy Manual to no avail trying to find out if there is a way to program the system to send a recorded greeting at specified times during the day. I would like for the system to announce via a page that "the store will be closing in 15 minutes" every day at 5:45. Not sure if this is possible but if anyone knows a way to do it I would be much obliged for the info.

Yes it can be done... I've done it many times. It requires you to build a mailbox and set up the notification to take place between ...let's say 5:45 and 5:48. I'm assuming you're using a Toshiba phone system and the page code is #39. So in the method feild put... ,#39,P(G1),P(G1)-- ...then record your announcement as greeting 1 of that MBX. Put any message in the Mailbox and you're ready. Now htere are a few other things you can do to tweak it to make it play only on certain days and such. If you need more infor drop me an email
