How do I add accont codes so when a user dials out they get prompted for a 4 digit code. I need to add a few for new hires.
this is a toshiba strata dk280 with toshiba dkt2010 phones with display

Are the account codes just for LD or for all calls.

are you sure the code is not with the long distance company. do you get a tone after you dial the number, if so then you need to contact the LD company inoder to make changes.
