So Far, I deal only with Meridian Norstar Phone systems. I am also a computer technician. A Customer of mine is currently "leasing" an IVR system at an offsite location paying thousands a month for this service. He would like to have his own in the office that we can program as we need. From what I can see, he doesn't need anything any voicemail system couldn't do except for the fact that he needs to be able to handle atleast 15 calls at once .. Any suggestions of company's I can call ??
Oh yeah... I'm located in Canada btw ...

Intervoice makes a nice IVR system.
