Hi,

Pls can someone advise how to transfer a call from a Reception handset ?
Our receptionists are using DK2020F-SD handsets with DDSS2060F units, although it seems that the DDSSxxx parts are not actually used.
The receptionists claim that when they have a call for someone who is out of the office they try to transfer the call to the perons voicemail but they say the call won't 'release'
I also understand that the Receptionists can transfer a call directly into a users voicemail box instead of transferring the call to the extension for it to ring and ring.

Any ideas ?
Cheers!
