I think a user did this but I can’t figure out what they did. When you hit the blinking message button on phone extension 25 it calls extension 24, if you hit it again it calls voice mail. It does this rotation forever. On the phone screen it says “Sent 24 Call 25-0V +†The really weird thing is that when I walked over to extension 24, it does the same thing and its screen says, “Sent 25V Call 24-25†But no plus at the end Please help ![[Linked Image from sundance-communications.com]](https://www.sundance-communications.com/forum/frown.gif)

When you hit the msg lite on 25, it will ring 24. You have to go off-hook on 24 to clear the light. Same thing on 24...go off hook on 25 to answer. This is the only way the system knows that you acknowledge the message. When that is cleared, then press it again and go to voicemail and clear all new messages. That should clear the light.
