We just aquired a customer that has a Strata 424 system, and I am having a time figuring it out. The system was taken out of service about a month ago, and now they want it for another office. Here is my stuation: I have no card that goes in the first J11 slot, and the B1CU1A card only fits in the second slot. Is there a card that is supposed to go in the first slot? With the B1CU1A card in, I can get sets to come up in the third slot only, the rest are dead. Moving the cards to the third slot works fine, so I know its not the cards. As well, I cannot get any dial tone thru the system. Of course, they lost the install manual, and the one I downloaded seems to be for a newer system. Are these slots plug and play? If not, were can I turn to? Is there a master reset for the system?
